In a jubilant display of cultural heritage and community spirit, the Bengali New Year, known as Pohela Baishakh, was celebrated with fervor on April 14, 2024, at the premises of the DC office in Joypurhat. Spearheaded by the District Administration of Joypurhat under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner Tanvir Salehin Gazi, the event witnessed the enthusiastic participation of volunteers from Action and Light, alongside other community members.
